• Our factory is one of only 8 manufacturers in the world that can produce ULC certified fire protection field adjustable pressure reducing brass valves. Also, UL has only certified for only one brass valve manufacturer in Vietnam, which is us.
• The WORLD'S FIRST field adjustable pressure reducing straight line brass valves that are manufactured by using the hot forging technology of my factory. We constantly R&D in casting and hot forging technologies, especially in converting production methods from casting to hot forging.
• Not only are we an OEM manufacturer who produces products according to the technical drawings provided by the customer, but we also have the ability to redesign products to meet the specific requirements of our customers. Our R&D center utilizes simulation software for design, prototyping, and testing in our factory. Once samples are produced, they are sent to UL/FM in the US for testing and approval.
• With the training support received from the Japanese government through Panasonic experts of JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), Vina Valves' factory mass production operates based on the Monozukuri - Toyota production system with 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Kanban, and 5W2H pillars.
